The YMCA Center for Asset Development is a partnership between the YMCA of Middle Tennessee and The Leadership Training Station. We equip youth organizations, churches and schools with tools to help youth and adults live life to the fullest – through service, leadership, relationships, character and personal development.
Our youth development experts facilitate workshops, speak at retreats, consult with programs, and write curriculum in the following areas of expertise:

- We want all young people to experience caring relationships, opportunities to grow and serve, and develop deeply rooted values.

- We want youth and youth professionals to understand the asset framework, to learn how to nurture their own assets, and to create an environment that supports healthy growth of individuals and communities.
